The story of a perfect breadstick, from tradition to the table

The dough for our breadsticks is simple: water, flour, yeast and a pinch of salt. It is numbered and managed by an electronic system, while retaining the artisanal soul of our breadmaker.

The dough rises naturally, and when it is ready, it is worked by the machine with precise gestures that trace those of an experienced baker. Gently, the dough is stretched, cut and baked. The result? A fragrant, golden breadstick that is packaged and shipped while still warm.
